About Us

New Beginnings Christian Counseling LLC (NBCC) Provides spiritual support based on a Christian perspective, such as premarital, marriage, and relationship counseling. Assist clients with spiritual issues affecting their health care status or conditions. Teach clients Christian principles when problems arise regarding health care and health decision-making to also provide referrals to healthcare specialists.

 

We also offer counseling services, rehabilitation support, and advice from a spiritual perspective. In helping clients suffering from mental health issues, addictions, disabilities, or trauma, we offer a Christian perspective in each approach to the problems they are going through. Our clients may include but are not limited to children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Meet The Team

Rev. Dr. Frederick M. Lee resides in Upper Marlboro Maryland with his beautiful wife, Terese, they have been married for 31 years. Dr. Lee is a proud father of six beautiful children, and nine grandchildren. The Lees are active members of El-Bethel Baptist Church of Fort, Washington Maryland. Dr. Lee currently serves as the lead instructor for  The Antioch Experience Institute Bible College & amp; Seminary a Satellite School of Pillsbury – Scarborough Bible College and Seminary, at El Bethel Baptist Church. Dr. Lee was blessed to serve as Lead Pastor for Worship Life Ministries Inc., for 5 years in Martinsburg West Virginia. Dr. Lee currently is a sworn Federal Law enforcement Police Supervisor, and he has been in law enforcement for 34 years. Dr. Lee served as Executive Minister and Dean of School of Missions for Springfield Baptist Church in Washington D.C. Dr. Lee is a two time graduate of Howard University School of Divinity in which he received his Doctorate in Divinity and his Masters of Divinity. Dr. Lee obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Public Administration from La Roche College in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. Dr. Lee is an annual Men’s Conference Facilitator for Changing One Man at A Time (C1MT), the conference is held at Windermere Baptist Conference Center in Roach Missouri. Dr. Lee has a passion to reach the youth and he is a board member of great Non Profit that helps young African American young men achieve their goals. Collaborate to Educate Our Sons (CEOS). Mrs. Terese A Lee has obtained her bachelor’s degree at Liberty University, majoring in Psychology with a minor in Christian Counseling. Mrs. Lee continued her education at Liberty University obtaining her master’s degree in human service counseling, Marriage, and Family Counseling, certificate in Abuse, Trauma and the Emotional Destructive Marriages, and a certificate in The Foundations of Mental Health Coaching. She is also a member of the American Association of Christian Counseling. Mrs. Lee has always been active in church, while attending while attending Destiny Baptist Church in West Virginia, she was on the dance ministry, choir, usher and women’s ministry. While working alongside her husband, they served WorshipLife Ministries for five years as Lead Pastor and First Lady during this time, she started the Dance ministry and started a Woman Ministry, Woman of WorshipLife (WOW). While attending Springfield Baptist Church she continued working in the Woman’s Ministry, women’s choir, usher board, and new member’s class. Her passion and calling have been to counsel woman and families. Mrs. Lee desire to serve God as He directs, her path. Mrs. Lee is a customer expert working in the Airline industry for 28 years. She is currently a Flight attendant for a major US Airline for 18 years. The Lees are members of El Bethel Baptist Church where they continue serving God as He directs. Mrs. Terese A.
